  2:00 pm: Keystone Cops and Civil War re-encampment

  2:30 pm: Bikers pass through Montrose

  5:30 pm: Raffle drawings

  6:00 pm: Conclusion of ceremonies

    Lane, Kids' Art Show, and Krispy Kreme Donut© sales.
